Marketing and Sales Development Coordinator - Regular Part Time
Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing and Sales Development Coordinator is a crucial role collaborating with sales and our manufacturer partners to propel sales & marketing efforts, generating leads, and fostering business opportunities. This role involves creating and managing collateral, websites, and digital marketing, utilizing AI and other technological advantages to optimize revenue through well-crafted marketing and sales development campaigns.
The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills to engage with our various demographics, and are proactive in developing key relationships within the diverse communities we service.
This is a Regular Part Time role within office (Richmond Location) with some remote potential. Employees are guaranteed 1456 hours per year, up to forty hours per week depending on the needs of the business.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Produce, coordinate, and maintain marketing materials for TLD.
- Create and manage a leads tracking system using internal systems or an outside source to measure ROI.
- Drive leads to the sales team through a variety of initiatives, including calling clients directly.
- Help design and manage the content of the company website and digital tools. Drive the development and maintenance of collateral, websites, and digital strategies.
- Work directly with manufacturers and vendor partners to create co-marketing activities, optimizing their marketing and resources.
- Support vendor programs and marketing initiatives aligning with company business goals, including managing vendor marketing programs and funds.
- Coordinate ongoing client webinars, industry events, tradeshows, and activities independently.
- Leverage AI and other technological tools to track, measure, and drive revenue through comprehensive campaigns for lead generation and business opportunities.
- Run internal reports to best understand client portfolios, business opportunities, and vendor sales.
General requirements for this position will include:
- Marketing diploma or certification.
- Strong digital media proficiency.
- Capable in business writing and collateral development.
- Telemarketing, email campaigns, and database management experience.
- Website experience.
- Familiarity with software, including Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign.
- Understanding and functioning under SMART goal setting.
- Developing knowledge of AI.
