Cosmetics Merchandising & Standards Specialist
Location: Multiple Locations (Home Store + Assigned Stores)
Employment Type: Part-Time Supplementary Role (Approx. 16–20 hours/month)

Reports To: Business Unit Manager, Cosmetics Division

Are you a passionate leader in cosmetics with a flair for merchandising and a drive to elevate standards across locations? London Drugs is looking for a Cosmetics Merchandising & Standards Specialist to support and coach cosmetics teams across multiple stores while continuing to lead as a Cosmetics Manager in your home store.

What You’ll Do
· Provide coaching and leadership to cosmetics teams across assigned stores
· Ensure compliance with merchandising and operational standards
· Conduct reviews of department operations, sales performance, and visual merchandising
· Mentor teams on effective merchandising techniques and customer experience enhancements
· Analyze sales data and inventory levels to drive profitability
· Support the rollout of new corporate initiatives and training programs
· Travel to assigned stores and take on new projects as needed
What You Bring
· Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
· Strong merchandising expertise and visual presentation skills
· Ability to influence, problem-solve, and multitask under changing priorities
· A deep understanding of the Cosmetics/Beauty vision and the ability to inspire others
· Self-motivation, high energy, and a collaborative spirit
Additional Requirements
· Must be able to travel between locations (including air travel and overnight stays)
· Comfortable with extended periods of standing, sitting, and computer work
· Familiarity with systems such as Return Authorizations, Stock Auditing, and Signage
· Commitment to upholding company policies, privacy standards, and the Brand Framework
Term
This is a one-year supplementary assignment, in addition to your current role as a Cosmetics Manager.
