Post Office Team Leader
The Post Office Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the members of the Post Office team and ensuring exemplary service is provided to all customers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities combined with a friendly, outgoing personality, as well as experience in the Post Office. This person will keep up to date with all CPC communications, operate the ROSS system to process CPC transactions, and understand all CPC product and services. The Post Office Team Leader is also responsible for ensuring that merchandising standards are met, maximizing sales opportunities.
This individual must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment while at the same time providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Strong product knowledge of Post Office products and services.
- In-depth knowledge of Post Office procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills and a team player attitude.
- Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong merchandising skills.
- Display a positive, mature, and professional leadership style.
- Developing towards a strong understanding of computer fundamentals, ROSS systems, Kronos scheduling and Post Office terminology.
Employees must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday, day and evening shifts.
