Marketing Multimedia Producer

Marketing Multimedia Producer is responsible for the creation of engaging videos, photography, and digital support of various marketing initiatives. This role covers multiple aspects of video and photo production; included but not limited to work on all phases of video and photo production, handling of necessary equipment and providing live event support.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Full-service videography and photography including preparation and organization of the set, lighting, capturing, quality control, editing, tagging and storing files as per standards.
- All aspects of video production, such as: creating storyboards, creating production schedules, operating drone, studio and stage teleprompters, pre/ post-production and publishing.
- Maintenance of video and photo equipment.
- Support various Marketing projects with videos and photos.
- Provide live event support including sound reinforcement, video, photography, and stage lighting setup at corporate and store events, as assigned.
- Work closely with Marketing Social Media team, supporting them with ideas and technical knowledge.
- Work closely with other Photo team members clearing the photography workload.
- Support of various sound messaging for our stores as required.
- Collaborate with clients and other departments to improve workflow for stock flow and photography.
- Collaborate on photography requirements.
- Assist with digital and print production, as needed.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders when planning video and photo shoots, providing feedback, ideas and storyboarding, organizing sets, create, edit, store and organize videos and photos.
- Experience recording and editing sound.
- Able to handle professional video, audio and photo equipment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work in a high-paced team environment.
- Execute assigned asset development, aligning to content strategy, brand and other supporting guidelines.
- Present consistently initiative, proactive approach, can do attitude and critical thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with internal customers, vendors, colleagues & management.
- Strong organizational skills, effective multitasking while working under changing priorities.
- Able to think creatively and analytically, isolate and solve problems.
- Professional image, reflecting positively on the company.
- Able to drive to Lower Mainland events as required.
- Post-secondary education and 2 years of experience in relevant field.
- Accomplished videographer and editor experienced in taking videos and photos in various environments like studio, stores, outdoors and events, supporting company initiatives like marketing ads, social media, leadership communications, training, conferences, events, customer feedback.
- Experience using industry-standard video and photo equipment.
- Expertise with video: able to create varies types of videos using professional video equipment, video and sound editing.
- Expertise with photography: preparation for photoshoot, handling various photography equipment, taking and editing photos.
- Experience working with industry-standard creative software such as Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects, Photoshop, Audition and with any other related software and database.
- Experience with Windows OS.
- Ability to organize and track work timely and consistently.
