Service Analyst - IT Commerce Team
- An interest and or experience in POS systems and other store applications?
- IT Experience supporting applications, integrations and hardware?
- A keen desire to support all clients, business units, and vendors?
- Display an exceptionally positive attitude and be a true team player?
- Ability to take the initiative to constantly learn?
- Ability to travel occasionally?
- Ensuring the availability (uptime) of all POS Systems across the enterprise.
- Troubleshoot advanced issues reported from the business units or IT Support staff
- Participate in all team activities including but not limited to system support, research and design, functional testing, deployment, and store setup/renovations.
- Regular reviews of support tickets to ensure service levels are maintained, tickets are assigned & issues are properly documented and escalated as required.
- Communicate and work with various groups within London Drugs as well as partners and vendors.
- Taking off-hours support calls
- College/University/Tech School degree in Information Technology is preferred
- Minimum two years’ experience in Information Technology
- Training in project management and/or Agile methodologies would be an asset
- Experience and understanding the challenges of a 24/7/365 retail environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) Commerce, Power Platform, Azure, SQL Server, DevOps, Sharepoint & Office
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Sound judgment and ability to effectively problem solve as required.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively and work under changing priorities.
