- Printing, processing, and sorting film of all sizes and types.
- Maintaining equipment under the direction of the Photo Lab Manager.
- Mixing chemicals and general housekeeping.
- Communicating with Photofinishing staff to ensure timely delivery of photofinishing.
- Scanning film using a PC for digital delivery of images.
- Two years photo finishing experience.
- Diploma from an accredited Photo Technology program.
- Proficiency in the use of the WIN/AL, Windows, Word, Exchange/Outlook, Excel, and Photoshop.
- Solid leadership skills, ability to delegate effectively, and work within a team structure.
- Self motivation.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- An eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Initiative to isolate and solve problems.
- Ability to mix chemistry and monitor chemistry/color using a densitometer.
- Technologically current printing and digital skills.
