Additional responsibilities include:
- Communication via telephone with patients and multiple London Drugs’ stores
- Meet production deadlines for prescription orders and delivery cut-offs.
- Operation of the prescription computer
- General housekeeping duties.
- Successful completion of all required national and provincial Regulated Pharmacy technician programs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self starter with a high level of enthusiasm
- Ability to relate to all levels of customers and their needs
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Ability to work as a team player and have a collaborative approach
- Basic computer skills
- Be aware of and promote standards to ensure both employees and visitor’s Health and Safety
- Create and maintain a safe, fair and harassment free environment for all employees
